    Kick off the weekend with two hours of movement and fun at Flipology Athletics! Friday Open Gym is open to members and non-members ages 5–18 and gives athletes time to practice skills, explore the gym, and stay active.

    Fridays from 5:00–7:00 PM
    Members: $8 per athlete
    Non-Members: $10 per athlete

At Flipology Athletics, movement is where confidence, curiosity, and momentum begin. Located in Spring Grove, Illinois, we offer gymnastics, tumbling, Ninjility, competitive teams, camps, clinics, open gym, and more for athletes of all ages and abilities.

Our experienced coaches combine safe, progressive instruction with an encouraging environment where kids can build strength, develop new skills, and feel proud of their progress. From a toddler’s first roll to an athlete’s biggest goal yet, Flipology Athletics is a place to move, explore, learn, and grow.
